2. Boundaries and Pegs
All pegs and boundaries are the responsibility of the owners. RF Constructions will assist in locating boundaries and pegs on the construction day, but final decisions on positioning rest with the client.

3. Underground Obstructions
RF Constructions conducts a Dial Before You Dig search for Electrical, Water, NBN, Telstra, Sewage, and Council Stormwater infrastructure. It is the owner's responsibility to locate and notify RF Constructions of any other underground obstructions (e.g., Owner’s Stormwater, reticulation systems). Failure to notify indemnifies RF Constructions against claims arising from damage.

4. Work Area
This quotation for fencing is based on construction in a clear and unobstructed work area. A minimum clearance of 400mm on each side of the boundary is required to ensure a safe work environment.
Safe Work Method Statement
RF Constructions prepares a Safe Work Method Statement for all works. Only authorized personnel engaged by RF Constructions are permitted within the work area during construction.

5. Shed Construction Requirements
Any shed construction over 3 meters high will require scissor lift access. All shed constructions will require a 3.5-meter work zone around all sides unless prior arrangements are made.

6. Supply of Utilities
The owner shall supply electricity and water at all times during construction unless prior arrangements have been made.

7. Variations
Any variations to the works after commencement due to client instructions require a signed Site Variation Form by both the client and RF Constructions’ nominated agent, or an email detailing the client's authority and agreement to associated costs.

8. Post-Construction
Post hole spoil remains on-site and is generally spread along the new fence line by RF Constructions. The site will be left clean and clear of all fencing materials following completion of works.

9. Customer-Supplied Materials
Materials supplied by customers that are defective are the responsibility of the customers.

10. Payment Terms

Written acceptance via email is required before scheduling any works, accompanied by a 25% deposit paid a minimum of 5 business days prior to commencement.

Full payment is due within 14 days of job completion. Special orders requiring specific manufacturing require full payment before orders are placed.

RF Constructions prefers electronic transfer as the method of payment. One invoice per works will be issued unless previous arrangements or variations as per point 8 have been agreed upon.

Materials remain the property of RF Constructions until full payment has been received.

RF Constructions reserves the right to recover any and all debts.
